Our cuisine is inspired by local recipes, sometimes skillfully revisited by our chefs, and focuses on the enhancement of materials quality raw materials in which our territory is rich. Strength of the our dishes is the use of extra virgin oil produced from the olive trees surrounding the baglio, the result of cultivation methods that respectfully of the environment and give a genuine product with a taste irresistible.
