Pursuant to current legislation on the protection of personal data (EU Regulation No. 679 of 2016), we would like to inform you that the processing of your personal data is carried out fairly and transparently, for lawful purposes and protecting your privacy and rights.

The processing is also carried out with the aid of computerized means for the following purposes:

  1. to acquire and confirm your reservation of accommodation and ancillary services, and to provide the requested services. Since this is processing necessary for the establishment of the contractual agreement and its subsequent implementation, your consent is not required, except in cases where special, so-called sensitive, data are conferred. If you refuse to provide personal information, we will not be able to confirm your reservation or provide you with the requested services. Processing will cease upon your departure, but some of your personal data may or should continue to be processed for the purposes and in the manner indicated in the following points;
  2. to fulfill the obligation under the “Consolidated Law on Public Security” (Article 109 R.D. 18.6.1931 No. 773), which requires us to report to the Police Headquarters, for public security purposes, the particulars of the customers accommodated in accordance with the procedures established by the Ministry of the Interior (Decree January 7, 2013). The provision of data is mandatory and does not require your consent, and if you refuse to provide it, we will not be able to accommodate you in our facility. Data acquired for this purpose are not retained by us unless you provide us with consent for retention as provided in Section 4;
  3. To fulfill current administrative, accounting and tax obligations. For these purposes, processing is carried out without the need to acquire your consent. Data are processed by us and our appointees, and are disclosed externally only in fulfillment of legal obligations. If you refuse to provide the data necessary for the above fulfillments, we will not be able to provide you with the requested services. Data acquired for these purposes are kept by us for the time stipulated by the respective regulations (10 years, and even longer in case of tax assessments);
  4. to expedite registration procedures in case of your subsequent stays at our facility. For this purpose, after acquiring your revocable consent at any time, your data will be kept for the maximum period of 5 years, and will be used when you are our guest again for the purposes mentioned above;
  5. to perform the function of receiving messages and phone calls addressed to you during your stay. Your consent is required for this purpose. You may withdraw your consent at any time. However, the treatment will cease upon his departure;
  6. to send you our promotional messages and updates on our rates and offers. For this purpose, after obtaining your consent, your data will be kept for the maximum period of 5 years and will not be disclosed to third parties. You may withdraw your consent at any time;
  7. for purposes of protecting people, property and company assets through a video surveillance system of certain areas of the facility, identifiable by the presence of appropriate signs. Your consent is not required for such processing, as it pursues our legitimate interest in protecting people and property against possible assault, theft, robbery, damage, vandalism, and for purposes of fire prevention and work safety. Recorded images are deleted after 24 hours, except for holidays or other instances when the business is closed, but no later than one week. They are not subject to disclosure to third parties, except in the case of adhering to a specific investigative request of the judicial authority or judicial police.

We would also like to inform you that the European Regulation grants you certain rights, including the right to access and rectification, or to erasure or restriction or opposition to processing, as well as the right to data portability, if and to the extent applicable (Articles 15 to 22 of EU Regulation No. 679 of 2016). It may also file a complaint with the supervisory authority in accordance with the procedures provided for in current regulations.
